# Installation

**Download the Resource** Download the resource from the Cfx.re Portal after purchasing.

**Extract and Place into Resources** Extract the downloaded file and place both folders into your server's resources directory.

resources/
  └── QuansGarage/
  └── Qs_TextUI/
```

**Update server.cfg** Add the following to your server.cfg. `Qs_TextUI` must be ensured before `QuansGarage`.

ensure Qs_TextUI
ensure QuansGarage
```

**Database** The resource auto-creates its tables on first boot. If you are upgrading from an older version, run these migrations:

ALTER TABLE qs_garages ADD COLUMN IF NOT EXISTS `store_x` FLOAT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0;
ALTER TABLE qs_garages ADD COLUMN IF NOT EXISTS `store_y` FLOAT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0;
ALTER TABLE qs_garages ADD COLUMN IF NOT EXISTS `store_z` FLOAT NOT NULL DEFAULT 0;
ALTER TABLE qs_garages ADD COLUMN IF NOT EXISTS `enter_radius` FLOAT NOT NULL DEFAULT 2;
ALTER TABLE qs_garages ADD COLUMN IF NOT EXISTS `store_radius` FLOAT NOT NULL DEFAULT 2;
ALTER TABLE qs_garage_vehicles ADD COLUMN IF NOT EXISTS `impound_reason` VARCHAR(255) DEFAULT NULL;
ALTER TABLE qs_garage_vehicles ADD COLUMN IF NOT EXISTS `impound_fee` INT DEFAULT 0;
ALTER TABLE qs_garage_vehicles ADD COLUMN IF NOT EXISTS `retrievable` TINYINT(1) NOT NULL DEFAULT 1;
ALTER TABLE qs_garage_vehicles ADD COLUMN IF NOT EXISTS `retrievable_at` INT DEFAULT NULL;
```

**Set Admin Permissions** Add the following to your server.cfg or ACL to grant admin access:

```
add_ace group.admin quans.garage.admin allow
```

**Server Requirements** Your server must be running artifacts version 17000 or higher.

**Restart Server** Restart your server. QuansGarage will automatically create all required database tables on first boot.
