# Installation

Download the resource from the [Cfx.re Portal](https://portal.cfx.re/) after purchasing.

**Extract and Place into Resources**

Extract the downloaded file and place the `quans_mechanic` folder into your server's resources directory.

**Update server.cfg**

Add the following to your `server.cfg`. Start it after your framework and dependencies.

ensure es_extended
ensure oxmysql
ensure esx_society
ensure quans_mechanic
```

**Import Database**

Import the included SQL file into your database:

mysql -u your_user -p your_database < quans_mechanic.sql
```

**Job Setup**

Add the mechanic and bennys jobs to your ESX database if not already present:

INSERT INTO `job_grades` (`job_name`, `grade`, `name`, `label`, `salary`) VALUES

('mechanic', 1, 'mechanic', 'Mechanic', 400),
('mechanic', 2, 'experienced', 'Experienced Mechanic', 600),
('mechanic', 3, 'manager', 'Manager', 800),
('mechanic', 4, 'boss', 'Boss', 1000),
('bennys', 0, 'trainee', 'Trainee', 200),
('bennys', 1, 'mechanic', 'Mechanic', 400),
('bennys', 2, 'experienced', 'Experienced Mechanic', 600),
('bennys', 3, 'manager', 'Manager', 800),
('bennys', 4, 'boss', 'Boss', 1000);
```

**Society Accounts**

The script will automatically register society accounts on first boot. Make sure `esx_society` or `esx_addonaccount` is working correctly before starting the resource.

**Server Requirements**

Your server must be running artifacts version **17000 or higher**.

**Restart Server**

Restart your server. Quans Mechanic will automatically set up all required society accounts on boot.
